Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the optzi! service ("optzi!"), operated by Side Quest Energy LLC.
7-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in optzi!. If you are not satisfied with a new subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. We will refund the amount you paid for that subscription to your original payment method — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at jonesy@daveytjones.com from the email address associated with your account, within 7 days of your purchase, and let us know you'd like a refund. We typically process eligible refunds within a few business days. Once processed, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Outside of the 7-day money-back guarantee window, fees already paid for the current annual term are non-refundable.
Renewals
Annual subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Additional websites
Charges for additional websites added to your account follow the same terms as your subscription. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial purchase.
